John is a graduate of Corning-Painted Post East High School, and celebrated his 50th class reunion in 2014. John served in the US Air Force from 1966-1970, and following his active duty, he returned to his hometown of Corning, NY. In 1973 John accepted a position with The Social Security Administration where for 30 years he served his community as a service and claims representative. John’s desire to assist others, in this often complex social security system, led John to continue as a volunteer following his retirement in 2002 to assist his community as an advocate through Citizens Action of NY. John’s second career began in 2002 with Xerox Corp., as a Customer Service Technician where he had the responsibility of over 200 Xerox accounts.
John met the love of his life in 1983, and together, he and Linda, have raised five wonderful children, and ten phenomenal grandchildren. John and Linda’s favorite times are spent with family and friends in the community that they love, Corning, NY.
John had decided in 2017, that he missed the routine of working, and serving his community and decided to explore various options. He heard about an opportunity to apply for a position on the Mark Malcolm Real Estate Team, and after attending numerous training sessions, and seminars, John decided to get his NYS Real Estate Salesperson license, and join this exciting new adventure. Since 2017 John has successfully completed numerous seminars presented by Mark Malcolm on the skills of becoming a top-producing agent, with an emphasis on helping others achieve their real estate goals.
John, believes that his entire life has been focused on assisting others, and he believes his real estate clients will be the benefactors of all his life long experiences.
